Terms of ServiceCommission Process
- Commissions will be initiated upon receipt of payment.
- Client must provide clear and detailed descriptions of their comission requests
Payment
- Payments are accepted through PayPal.
- Full payment is required upfront for commissions under 100€.
- For larger commissions, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.
Refunds
- Refunds are not available once the commission has been started.
- In case of artist inability to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.
Communication
- Timely response to artist inquiries is essential for the progress of the commission.
- Significant changes to the commission request may incur additional fees.
Delivery
- The estimated completion time will be provided upon commission confirmation.
- Final artwork will be delivered in png, tiff or pdf.
- Minor revisions are included; major changes may require an additional fee.
Usage Rights
- The artist retains the right to display commissioned work in their portfolio.
- Clients are granted personal use rights and may not resell the artwork without permission.
Cancellation
- Clients may request cancellation within one day for a partial refund.
- The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund if unable to complete the commission.
Conduct
- Respectful and professional communication is expected from both parties.
- Any inappropriate behavior will result in the termination of the commission without refund.
Revisions
- Limited revisions are included in the commission fee.
- Additional revisions may be subject to an extra charge.
Liability
- The artist is not responsible for any issues arising from the client's misuse of the commissioned artwork.
By commissioning artwork, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms may be subject to change, and clients will be notified accordingly.Carolina Luís
